Interior designer Vanessa Deleon embraced her inherited family genes of design and creativity. So when it
was time for college she pursued a degree in Fashion Merchandising from the prestigious Fashion Institute of
Technology. Although she excelled and a won a job working in display design for Ralph Lauren she yearned for
more, for a more creative outlet that she could really explore her passion for design.
Vanessa went back to school to continue her education at Berkeley College for Interior Design. She
took courses in Feng Shui from the Feng Shui Institute of America. Also, she is an allied member of
ASID (American Society of Interior Design) and IDS (Interior Design Society). More importantly,
Vanessa loves what she does and feels the need to embrace others with the knowledge she has come to obtain.
In doing so, she fills this need by teaching an Interior Design courses at Bergen Community College.
With her celebrity clientele, publications, and appearances on HGTV’s Designer’s Challenge and Generation
Renovation, Vanessa soared into a more creative outlet. Vanessa Deleon Associates offers full residential
and commercial interior design services from concept to completion. Vanessa knows the importance of keeping up
with the latest trends but does not disregard a timeless look. Her team ranges from fine artists, graphic
designers, to business and management professionals. She likes to consider her associates the crème-de-la-crème
of interior design, which she adds is simply determined by the impressive spaces they have created together.
Her work has been featured in many design magazines such as: Design New Jersey, New York Spaces, & Window
Fashions Magazine, but it doesn’t stop there. To add to her impressive resume, Vanessa was also a finalist for
The Apprentice. |
