Gabriella Toro founded Cippananda Interior Design in 1991 when she relocated from her
native Italy to Los Angeles. Since that time, Cippananda has been highly regarded for
impeccable interior design that enhances architectural vision and creates environments
for living, working and playing that consistently delight clients.
Cippananda has build its reputation by designing exceptional spaces as diverse as single
family homes, condominiums, vacation retreats, restaurants, corporate offices and factories.
Clients working directly with Cippananda access a broad selection of design and

Through creative and powerful design Cippananda prides itself in powerfully maximizing the

with architectural studios and developers to offer a fresh competitive edge to multi-family
residential, loft conversions and boutique hotels.
“I like to design as simply as possible to create spaces which are clean, warm and inviting.
I’m inspired by the work of Carlo Scarpa, Mies van der Rohe and the Bauhaus, Pierre Cahareau,
Gio Ponti, Vico Magistretti.”
